The Maserati Quattroporte Folgore: All-Electric 1,000 Horsepower Sedan
One Thousand Horsepower. Enough Said.
You read that right. A 1,000-horsepower Maserati is on the way for 2024. Following Maerati’s goal to convert all their ICE models to electric, the all-electric Quattroporte Folgore will be replacing both the gas-powered Quattroporte and Ghibli, as they both have been discontinued indefinitely. To replace the void left by the mid-sized Ghibli and the full-sized Quattroporte, the Quattroporte Folgore will be sized right in the middle, offering customers the practicality and benefits of both body sizes. The Quattroporte Folgore will also be built on Stellantis’s STLA Medium platform and will reportedly have AWD with three electric motors. Performance specifications are still undisclosed, but automotive industry experts expect the Folgore to make an unbelievable one thousand horsepower! Normally I’d say that this amount of power is not practical because of gas consumption, but hey, it’s electric. Thanks to the STLA platform, you can even charge the Folgore at 2o miles per minute. Regarding pricing, the Folgore is expected to start around $150,000, but only time will tell.
That’s all we know regarding the Maserati Quattroporte Folgore unfortunately, but stay tuned as we will keep this page updated as we get more information!
