Executive Chef Ismet Sahin brings genuine Southern Turkish cuisine to Tysons Corner, with influences from the culinary styles of Lebanon and Greece as well. Lamb is featured prominently in several dishes, from the savory lamb chop to the adana kebaps and sharable rack of lamb with harissa, ottoman rice, and a Turkish spice rub. If you enjoy seafood, consider the scallops, kalamar, or grilled octopus in sumac molasses.
