2023 Grecale: Luxury Design Done Right

If you weren’t at our Maserati Grecale Preiemer Event then you REALLY REALLY missed out. The 2023 Grecale set high expectations for performance and interior long before its availability. Maserati has undeniably set a new standard for luxury high-performance SUVs. Another notable thing is they have struck the interior automotive design sweet spot with swift handling, a comfortable interior, smart tech features, and a suite of standard safety and driver-assist features. From the leather seats to the spacious trunk with not one but two privacy screens the thought put into this new Maserati has absolutely paid off. The Grecale has interior features that make sense and that elevate the driving experience. Here are some design choices about the 2023 Grecale that stand out.

1. Standard Wireless Charging Pad

Last year I bought five phone charging cords specifically to store in my car. Having to plug your phone into a USB port to charge is a hassle especially when you factor in how the cords disintegrate and deteriorate after a month or so in the heat. You probably also use a charging cord to play music and listen to your favorite podcasts. The Grecale has wireless Apple Carplay or Android Auto so again no need for a cord.

2. Wireless Charging Integrated into the AC

Now while wireless chargers are a fantastic feature to have in a vehicle there is one challenge to that they present. Overheating. The Maserati engineers have thought of this of course and have the air conditioning system channeled to the wireless charging pad to keep your device cool.

3. Quick Control Screen Gestures

Some luxury brands go a bit crazy on the buttons and controls. The Grecale has controls that make sense and that you are going to use. The Grecale also has quick gesture controls that allow you to adjust the volume, air speed, and temperature without taking your eyes off the road.

4. Standard Portable Air Compressor

Living in the DMV area calling and waiting for roadside assistance can be an absolute nightmare. If you are too near the border your insurance company may struggle to find your exact location and may send your assistance or towing request to a company out of range because of the cell tower your phone happened to connect to. The Maserati Grecale has a portable air compressor in the trunk bed and yes it comes standard. This allows you to inflate a flat and make it to your next exit.

The Maserati Grecale came out officially on June 26th 2022 with a nationwide 2023 Maserati Grecale Premiere Tour. Click here to Pre-Order the 2023 Maserati Grecale.
