The Maserati GranTurismo is making a return for the new generation next year with a much more sleek and curvy body that was meant to stand out. One of the biggest changes coming to the GT is looking to be the removal of the old V8 it used to have and trading it in for a new twin-turbo V-6. You can also expect an EV variant at some point in the future.

It has been a few years, but Maserati promises that the return of the GranTurismo will be worth the wait thanks to its massive updates and improvements compared to the previous models. The Maserati GranTurismo’s striking new look is inspired by the recently released MC20 supercar. The new GT features an eye-catching vertical headlight design as well as a smoother, rounder grille with its 3D-printed Trident logo.

Maserati has upgraded the GranTurismo with a revolutionary all-wheel-drive system to complement its advanced Nettuno twin-turbo V6 engine. The GranTurismo’s engine pairs with a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission and is rated at 483 horsepower on the entry-level Modena and 542 hp on the higher-performance Trofeo. With a top speed of just below 200mph, the 2024 Maserati GranTurismo is looking to exceed expectations after its long hiatus.
